Microsoft's Edge team says AI-assisted coding has flooded its extension review queue, so it has automated routine checks to keep up. The trap in every AI rollout is producing far more than you can check. If a tool multiplies output, budget for the checking, or quality slips out quietly.

  • If AI is writing code in your business, decide who owns reviewing it before the volume arrives.
  • More output is not more progress. Measure what shipped and worked, not what was produced.
