A US federal judge ruled that the administration acted illegally when it designated Anthropic a supply-chain risk, a label that would have complicated any government-adjacent use of its models. A second lawsuit continues. Government labels can follow a vendor into your procurement paperwork. This one was just struck down. Worth knowing if you sell to the public sector.
