OpenAI is rolling out Locked Chats in ChatGPT on Free, Go, Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, though not ChatGPT for Healthcare. A locked chat is hidden from regular history, pinned chats and search, and opens only with a 4-digit account PIN, or Face ID or Touch ID on supported devices. OpenAI says locking does not create end-to-end encryption, change how long it keeps the chat, or alter the Improve the model for everyone setting.

Turn on Locked Chats for anything you would not want visible when you share your screen on a call, such as pricing, staff matters or customer details.
Check your Improve the model for everyone setting separately, because locking a chat leaves it as it was.
