Cloudflare releases Clef, open AI models that sort or approve things and return a probability
Cloudflare released Clef and Clef-flash, two open-weight "decision models" that answer a question with a typed result and a probability instead of free text. A message can be checked for urgency and routed to the right team, for example. They run on Cloudflare Workers AI and are free to download under the Apache 2.0 licence. Cloudflare also launched a service to fine-tune Clef on a customer's own examples.

- Ask your developer or website supplier whether they could try it on one routing task before anything customer-facing.
