Mistral AI· 6 OctMistral AI opened a public preview of Mistral Large 4, which it calls its largest and most capable model. It has 1 trillion parameters in total, 49 billion active at a time, and understands images as well as text. The preview API is open now on Mistral Studio, and the weights are due by the end of October. Mistral trained it in its own European data centres.
