Meta's Edits app gets an AI assistant that reads your Instagram numbers
Meta added an assistant to Edits, its video app for Instagram. It reads your own follows, views, likes, shares and watch time, then suggests video ideas, hooks, captions and audio, and can explain why a video did badly. It is rolling out to selected creators, free with a daily limit. Higher limits come with Meta One plans.
- If you post Reels for your business, ask it which of your last ten videos kept people watching longest, and make one more like that.
- Use the free limit before paying for anything. Engadget reports the top Meta One plan costs $499 a month.
