Amazon blocks Meta's Muse agent from shopping on its site
Since Sunday night, Muse users trying to buy on Amazon have seen an error saying continued access by an unauthorised AI agent breaks Amazon's Conditions of Use, which its customers have agreed to. So Muse cannot shop there. TechCrunch notes Amazon has its own models and no legal duty to let Muse in, and that if an agent makes a bad order, Amazon cleans up the mess.
