Ireland gets an AI retirement coach for workers
Pensions Awareness Ireland launched Ali, which it calls Ireland's first AI retirement coach, for Pensions Awareness Week 2026. Workers enter their age, planned retirement age, gross income and monthly pension contributions. Ali builds a dashboard forecasting their retirement income, then answers questions about it. It was trained on the Irish pensions system and aims to show whether savings are on track.
- Point your staff to Ali during Pensions Awareness Week as a first step, and be clear it is not advice from you.
- Run your own numbers through it too. As the owner, you set your own contributions and can change them.
