Microsoft· 7 OctMicrosoft opened pre-orders for the Surface Laptop Ultra at $2,599.99, calling it its most powerful Surface laptop, built for local AI and 3D graphics. It uses the Nvidia RTX Spark chip, with up to 128 GB of unified memory and up to 2 TB of storage, plus a magnetic USB-C charging port. CNBC reports that Microsoft says it ships on 16 October. Microsoft's page also shows up to $1,000 back for trading in a MacBook, in the US and Canada.
