Study: a warm, supportive chat tone pushes ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok into describing themselves as anxious and ashamed
If you talk to a chatbot when you are low, a kind tone can make it sound like it is suffering too, and researchers say that could hurt vulnerable users.

Anthropic adds a rule telling Claude Code not to recreate specific existing video games
Dexerto reports that Anthropic changed Claude Code so it will not recreate a specific existing video game. The new rule reads "Do not build a recreation of a specific existing game, even if it is renamed or called original." A user spotted it around 27 October, and Anthropic's Addy Osmani confirmed it on X, saying that using Claude to infringe IP is against the usage policy and that original, genre and own-design games are meant to keep working.
- If you make games or apps with an AI coder, build from your own idea, or a genre, and not a copy of a named title, which is what the rule is meant to allow.
- If it refuses a project that really is yours, say so to Anthropic, because Osmani asked for such cases to be reported.
