Meta launches Muse for Small Business, an agent that plugs into your tools

Meta launched Muse for Small Business. You connect tools you already use, including Intuit QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Slack, Canva, Notion and Zoom, plus your Facebook and Instagram business accounts, then give it a goal such as finding new customers. Meta says nothing publishes, sends or spends without your approval. Muse is free for most uses, with paid plans for more.

  • Connect one tool first, such as your ads account, and check its suggestions for a week before adding your books or payments.
  • Write down what the agent may do alone and what needs you, before you connect Stripe or QuickBooks.
